The Heavy is a rock and metal podcast hosted by Andrew and Don Sutherland.  Don is a radio host in Calgary, Alberta.  His older brother Andrew is a lifelong metalhead and the blue collar half of the team.  And their other brother Ian is the managing producer.  Episodes are released biweekly from September to April.
